I is no secret that GM has thousands of unhappy customers due to bad design of intake manifold gaskets, look it up on the web. After having the intake gaskets replaced three years ago they went again, they last about three yaers before blowing again due to bad gaskets and the effects of DexCool. I parked my vehicle trying to decide what to do. After much internet research I decided to try this product. I am very pleased to say it works and is well worth the price. I do not know how long the fix will last but at least I can use my vehicle again, if I get another year of driving out of it I'll be happy.
Again, it works. As an old broken down "wrench" I would have torn into it when I was younger but am not going to go through $2700 repair every two to three years.

I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus that has given me numerous problems with the head gasket for the past few years. Bought this car brand new so I've had it throughout most of its' lifetime. This latest round of problems left me baffled and almost ready to sell it. But I can't part ways with it without trying to fix it at minimal cost (even if it is a temporary fix). I settled on this product because of the price and it's what most of the local automotive stores had in stock. This morning I used it, followed the directions as instructed except for idling (I let it idle an additional 5 minutes because I lost track of time). Before this the symptoms of the car included: minor oil leak, loss of engine compression (power), rough idling (almost to the point of stalling but it never did), horrible acceleration, and slight heating. I did NOT have white smoke coming out of the exhaust, it did NOT overheat (needle stuck around halfway), but you could smell something (I think it was coolant) after... Read more

I used in my 1996 dodge intrepid.. My car had a blown head gasket and would run hot after running about 20-30mins. I used this product as directed and havent had a problem since! Ive put about 250 miles on the car since.
